The hotel's location offered both amazing and stunning views, and the iconic building was easily recognizable and accessible. Car parking was convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. Both the food and the spa experience were exceptional. Additionally, we were fortunate to have wonderful weather during our stay.

Perfect location for a relaxation getaway surrounded by mountains and Forest. The SPA facilities are out of this world especially the pools and jacuzzis indoor which leads to outdoors overlooking the lake and Mountains. Simply fantastic after a morning trekking in either of the nearby forests we use to indulge and relax at the SPA. Very good variation in breakfast at their restaurant again with fanstastic views of the underneath town of Cademario and the Ticino Lake and surrounding Mountains. There is Free Parking with plenty of parking spaces and all the Staff are super friendly. We would definitely come again.

So we arrived and checked in to a room with a garden view. This room was clean, pleasant but felt just like every other premium hotel experience. There is nothing special about these rooms and I would recommend you upgrade to a balcony (lake / sea view) room. We went straight back to reception and upgraded. The sea view rooms are bigger with a large balcony which was impressive, the views however are amazing. The spa is lovely and the food in the restaurant for the half board was good.

It's a great place to realax for some time. The good view over the valley and lake brings great sights but also all the noise from the city bellow. On the garden side, this was not to hear. The spa is spacious and nice but aim for not busy times. Massage was OK. All was very clean and fine looking, but in some places it's good to see that it is a bit old and worn out.

Fantastic! Beautiful views from every location, room was extremely clean, fresh, and inviting. They provide totes, pool/spa towels, flip flops, everything you could need to enjoy their facilities left inside your room. Very easy to navigate with our dog as well. The spa & pools were pristine. Certainly a place I would have loved to stay even longer!

We loved our stay here over Easter, beautiful views, gorgeous spa area, quiet mountain location, great breakfast. We enjoyed visiting local grotto restaurants for dinner in the evenings. Great location for hiking and cycling (with bike storage). We will definitely return!

It is very easy to see why this is a sought after location and property for a get-away The drive up from the bottom of the mountain to the hotel is as scenic as it gets If you're into your cars/racing, you'll be greeted with corkscrews and hairpins We upgraded to a room with a balcony and the views were nothing short of breath taking and astonishing The transition between the rooms was smooth and hands-free The amenities at the hotel are absolutely immaculate - spa, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and numerous other features in the spa, spacious, were hygienic, clean and well kept The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, they greeted us on every occasion, recommended local attractions and shops The property/hotel/rooms are super clean Atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is lovely and peaceful throughout the day
